## Description

To provide design and professional services to implement a range of traffic management schemes, both temporary and permanent in line with the Government's initiative to encourage active travel in response to the Covid-19 outbreak\. Schemes may include pedestrian and cycle facility improvements, modal filters, route closures, traffic regulation orders etc\. It is intended that the County Council will undertake general communications, unless otherwise specified\.
