Fencing Tender - AWARD

Ipswich Borough Council require a Contractor to undertake fencing repairs and renewals for a number of tenanted and void properties across the Borough of Ipswich ('the Contract Area') in accordance with the details set out or referred to in the Contract Particulars. The Contractor will be responsible for undertaking repairs across different types of properties including (but not limited to) bungalows, houses, flats, and sheltered housing schemes. This is a 10-month contract which will commence in October 2022. The selected Contractor will be required to start work immediately. The total Contract value is estimated at £74,999
