## Description

The University will be going out to tender for works that will involve the construction of new Metsec partitions with 'lidded pods' to create new layout of a similar make up to the adjacent Future Space, and associated finishes\. The recently installed M&E infrastructure will be extended to service the Health Tech area, made up of Mechanical ventilation, heating, lighting, power, data, fire alarm and door access\. Specialist services will also be installed to the new Category 2 lab areas, such as natural gas supplies and ducting to the fume cupboards\.
