GLAS (General Legal Advice Services) Ordered Panel Services

The Supplier will provide such assistance as the Customer may require in the provision of legal services to Cabinet Office relating to the Review of Retained EU Law. This will include research, analysis, development of options and written advice on them for the review team to consider. The Supplier will work closely with the Customer's legal team in the delivery of these services, agreeing appropriate arrangements for the Customer's oversight of work carried out by the Supplier. The Supplier will ensure that advice is delivered in accordance with the Being an Effective Government Lawyer guidance. The Supplier will provide weekly reports of costs incurred to the Customer. The Supplier and Customer will jointly review the contract monthly at a meeting of their representatives. The contract review meetings are to be provided free of cost.
