CA9922 - Professional Services: Architectural Design

The Prince's Trust are seeking to appoint an external Architectural Design Team services, to provide professional services supporting upcoming planned capital projects and ongoing planned and unplanned maintenance and compliance works for a period of 2 years with 2 x 12 month extensions. Capital Projects will be scheduled but The Trust would require the chosen team to travel UK wide on an ad hoc and sometimes short notice basis to support its Property Team. Prince's Trust will expect appointed architects to carry out conceptual design feasibility work at risk. Under this one contract we would need to include the following services:

Architect & Project Management, Lead Designers, Quantity Surveyors, M&E Engineers, Structural Engineers, Fire Consultant, Health & Safety Consultant, and Interior Design support.
