## Description

This contract is for the engagement of a consultancy that would support the London Borough of Merton as it seeks to conduct a public consultation of its consideration to introduce Selective Licencing \(SL\), Additional Licencing \(AL\) and an Article 4 Direction in the borough\. The purpose of this consultation is to gather feedback, opinions and suggestions of the proposal in introducing these measures and developing policies that govern its application and on-going management\.
