Housing Services Organisational Design

To provide professional advice to support the transformation and improvement of its Housing Services. The focus of the work is on ensuring that RMBC's leadership, management and organisational capacity and structure is positioned to deliver against the opportunities and challenges the Council faces. The scope of the contract allows for future follow on works up to a maximum aggregated sum of £100,000.
