Croydon Council requires and outcome- based Youth Health and Wellbeing Service catering specifically for ages 10 to 15\. The service is expected to meet public health outcomes to improve resilience by responding to the needs of young people aged 10 to 13 most at risk of requiring statutory interventions, thereby reducing the demands on targeted services\.
