Supply of Refurbished and Second-hand Four Wheeled Bins

New trade customers or residents requiring four wheeled bins are issued with refurbished or second-hand steel ones. Damaged or contaminated four wheeled bins are collected for repair and replaced with either refurbished or second-hand bins. Hull City Council is looking for one or two suppliers to provide these four wheeled bins.
