## Description

The supply of swabbing kits for self- administration to GP referred / authorised patients and the provision of test results to those patients\. Additional information: The total contract is for a period of 5 years, initial 2 year term plus 2-year and 1-year potential extensions \(2\+2\+1\) The ceiling price for this contract will not exceed £400k \(inc VAT\) per annum for a maximum contract of five years or until the maximum value of £1\.9m \(inc VAT\) is consumed\. This contract is demand led and capped by available budget, a contract with a zero-value commitment\.
