## Description

CPI is looking to appoint several suitably experienced Contractors to a Framework for the Provision of Behavioural Coaching and Executive Coaching\. The behavioural coaching is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to: o Line Manager Capability o Personal Growth & Behaviour o Performance Management o Leadership The executive coaching element is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to: o Situational Coaching o Understanding the impact of wider economic and social factors o Business Acumen o Strategy planning and implementation
