## Description

University of Sunderland has the responsibility for the service and maintenance of the air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation plant across the campus\. It is required to establish a 3-year service and maintenance contract for all of the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation equipment\. The Contract is for a period of 3 years commencing 1 Aug 2021 \(with the option to extend for a further 2 years\)\. Overall contract value is estimated at £150,000 over 5 years \(the maximum contract length\) i\.e\. GBP £30,000 per annum \(excluding VAT\) - note there are no guarantees on spend levels\.
