GLD084 2020 eDisclosure Services - Grenfell (Z1721607)

Description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate (CCMD) acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) previously sought quotations against Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for e-Disclosure Services (Reference: RM3717) for the supply of services in a single matter. This particular eDisclosure Services procurement project relates to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry whereby the legal team requested quotes for assistance with this eDisclosure exercise on behalf of the Home Office (HO) which is a Core Participant in this Statutory Public Inquiry. The Terms of Reference of the Inquiry were settled previously and this eDisclosure pertains to the numerous information requests that the Inquiry have made of the HO which the Department have been required to respond within a short timescale. The information held on the eDisclosure platform is required to be held until the conclusion of the Inquiry and any associated criminal proceedings.
