Crosswells Road & St Vincent Crescent West Bromwich Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \("the Council"\) is seeking to select a Contractor Partner from Lot 1 of the Constructing West Midlands \(CWM\) Capital Works Framework entered into following the issue of OJEU Notice 2020/S 059-142720 \(24th March 2020\) to deliver works and/or services described or referenced herein\. Further to your appointment to Lot 1 of the CWM Capital Works Framework you \("the Bidder"\) are hereby invited to provide a tender return based on the technical and commercial information requested in sections F and G of this document\.
