City of Wolverhampton Council are seeking to appoint Architectural and Principal Designer services up to RIBA Stage 3 for the delivery of a new build council housing development on Ellerton Walks and parts of Valley Road and Shawbury Road, on the New Park Village (NPV) Estate in Wolverhampton.
