Staff Engagement Survey Services - Award of Contract

Award of a contract to provide an annual staff engagement survey and up to six pulse surveys by a single provider able to deliver a single joint annual survey for RBKC and WCC, with core questions and a smaller number of Council specific questions.

Additional information: The contract provides for an optional one year extension. The actual expenditure incurred depends on the uptake of a number of optional services.
