South Hams District Council \(SHDC\) is seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake improvement works to three of its key Totnes car parks\. These car parks are referred to as Civic Hall, Nursery and Heath Nursery all of which have been identified as requiring immediate remedial works\.
