The project comprises the re-roofing the roofs to Derby Theatre\. Replace the roof waterproof membrane to Derby Theatre You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the replacing the roof waterproof membrane to Derby Theatre sited on 15 Theatre Walk, Derby, DE1 2NF \. Works will be carried out under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract \(2011\)\.
