GB-King's Lynn: LAPPC Consultancy Services

The Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Local Authority Pollution Prevention and Control (LAPPC) Consultancy services. As instructed by the Council, the Consultant will carry out inspections of Part A (2) and Part B installations as defined by the Environmental Permitting Regulations.Those inspections will be performed as required by the Environmental Permitting Regulations and in line with guidance issued by the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
