Void Property Cleaning Following General Building Works

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide cleaning works within domestic dwellings which are predominantly void (empty) following building repairs and maintenance works, throughout the District of North East Derbyshire. Works will be structured on a call-off basis. Properties will be cleaned to ensure the building is in clean and sanitised condition in preparation for the incoming tenant. One of Rykneld Homes main corporate objectives is to 'Set our customers up to succeed'. We take pride in delivering these values to our customers lives and as such, the quality of workmanship and the resulting finished product is of the highest standard. We expect our chosen contractors to operate with the same exacting ethos. Due to the nature of the works, there will be fluctuations in demand requirements, this is due to the fact that RHL cannot predict the number of properties which will become void and subsequently cannot therefore anticipate the requirement for cleaning. As such it is only possible to provide estimated demand figures. Additional information: The contract is estimated at £30,000 per annumn.
