Domestic Abuse

Domestic Abuse Service in Stockton-on-Tees is a statutory service (Domestic Abuse Act Statutory Guidance 2022) that the Council has a responsibility to ensure it's service is accessible to all and addresses the needs of adults and children who are victim-survivors of domestic abuse, or at risk of, or perpetrating domestic abuse. The service is also providing universal services through training and wider workforce development and provision of expertise to increase awareness and promote the local service.

Tender undertaken to continue this community service to protect vulnerable members of the community from domestic abuse. Award of contract based on evaluation of quality, price within budget, and Social Value.
