To provide a telecare monitoring service 24/7 for Council Sheltered Accommodation and for dispersed alarms in the community along with a mobile response service out of hours for these service users\. Completed tenders must be received no later than 11\.00, on Wednesday 30 September 2020\. It is envisaged that the contract shall be awarded by 1 December 2020, to go live on 1 April 2021, allowing a 3-month mobilisation period\.
