SCE0037 - Harrison Road further competition

This has been called off from Leicester City Council ASC0257 Supported Living Services Framework.

The contract term is in line with the framework which commenced on 1/7/2021 and ended on 2/11/2026 with an option to extend to 31/10/2027.

The scheme is being developed by Logicworld Ltd in partnership with Leicester City Council to provide homes on this site. This opportunity will provide supported living services to seventeen people who will live in a three-storey building comprising of 18 rooms, split as: eleven one bed self-contained flats, six studio flats and one communal area with separate staff room/office (referred to as units) in a block of Supported Living flats situated in Leicester City.
