## Description

The University of Warwick is seeking to tender for the provision of External Auditor services\. The tender is separated into two lots: Lot 1 - Statutory Audit and Certification of the University's Annual Accounts inclusive of its subsidiary companies and other entities requiring audit\. Lot 2 - Audit and Certification of Grant Funding as required\. Potential Suppliers are invited to bid for one or both lots as appropriate to their capabilities and experience\. Important Note: Suppliers applying for Lot 1 must have an established Higher Education \(HE\) practice with demonstrable experience and specific auditing expertise in the HE sector\. Suppliers applying for Lot 2 must have demonstrable expertise and experience delivering audit services to HE Institutions within a grant funding environment\.
