GB-Maldon: Local Housing Needs Assessment

Description

Maldon District Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to produce a Local Housing Need Assessment(s) (LHNA) in accordance with the brief. The LHNA must be compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), and the requirements of the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
