## Description

This is an annual software licence renewal for the Cellebrite Premium un limited unlocking/decryption software for iOS and Android mobile devices\. We already have and use this software extensively as part of Police investigations where mobile devices are locked and or encrypted\. Without the software, we potentially cannot locate or obtain critical evidence in Police investigations
