## Description

This contract is to provide needs led and flexible supported housing service for young people\. The aim of all the services is to provide appropriate, safe, supported accommodation to vulnerable young people in housing need during their transition into adulthood\. The contract will provide a Short Term Assessment and Emergency Accommodation Service, a shared living and semi-independent living & floating support service and Supported Lodgings
