10189 - Tennis Centre Operations in Norwich - Concession

Norwich City Council ("the council") are looking to appoint a single operator for our tennis operations concession to manage a number of tennis centre sites, as a business opportunity. The council gives the successful operator license to operate tennis centres in Norwich on their behalf; through this the operator can generate income via membership fees, coaching programmes and one to one tennis coaching.
