## Description

The Council is looking for the provision of small format Out of Home Advertising within Bradford city centre and is looking a suitably experienced operator to develop, design, install, manage and maintain the new small format Out of Home Advertising Programme for a 15 year term under a licence agreement with the Council\. The Council is using a "Competitive Dialogue" procedure so the first submission date of 1st July relates to the PQQ part of the process\.
