Town Hall Rooftop Chiller Replacement Professional Services Consultancy

Croydon Council wishes to appoint a Professional Services Consultancy to provide professional, technical and construction services to support the design, supply, installation and commissioning of replacement rooftop chiller plant at the Town Hall complex, Katharine Street, East Croydon, CR0 1NX.

The project will comprise the following two phases:

Phase 1 - Output design and specification, provision of Principal Designer duties, overview of tendering and procurement through term maintenance contractor.

Phase 2 - Overall project management

The supply and installation works will be undertaken by the Council's term maintenance provider.

All services will be undertaken and delivered in accordance with RICS & RIBA guidelines and best practice (or appropriate professional standards and guidance).
