## Description

WNC would like to commission the development of a new Northampton Transport Strategy \(NTS\)\. The strategy will need to respond to the sustainable transport hierarchy and the movement and place framework within WNC's new Local Transport Plan \(LTP\) as themes for changing Northampton's highway network\.
