Work description
The Board of the PPF undertakes an annual evaluation of its own performance and that of its committees and individual directors, in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code. This is externally facilitated every three years; the PPF requires the services of a facilitator for the 2022/23 annual evaluation exercise.
