## Description

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is requesting Level 6 Healthcare Science Degree apprenticeship training for 4 individuals\. In addition to the programme we would want a minimum of monthly 1:1 support for the individual on site\. Materials to be provided in a format agreed with the client - hard copy of electronic\. A named point of contact should be provided for any issues\. The start date of the course to be within 1 month of the appointment of a provider and a completion date within 36 months\.
