## Description

Refurbishment of the Orangery Café which forms the Student Union at the University's Brackenhurst Campus, Southwell, Newark, Notts NG25 0QF\. Woks include - Glazed roof to be replaced with cut timber roof with slate covering; Windows and bottom panels replaced for full height glazing; installation of glazed entrance and installation of WCs to existing office space\. Also includes design of the Mechanical & Electrical based on a performance specification\.
