I-1430 Hosted Learning Management System (HLMS) Market Engagement Exercise

Oxfordshire County Council is organising a market engagement event for software service providers, serving as a channel to develop the structure and capacity available in the local market to deliver outcomes/benefits in the following areas:

• Communication • Information management • Business development • Income generation • Relationship management • Increased commercial skills • Finance and resources • Technology and data • Other potentially associated benefits.

The aim of this exercise is to understand the provider market, current and emerging practices as well as likely level of interest in the potential procurement activity that the Council may carry out. It is also an opportunity for developing relationships with providers and gain insight on how they would approach the delivery of this service.
