CWC22008 Bars & VIP Provision for Creation Day Festival.

This is a 'concession' contract, and the Council wishes to appoint supplier (s) to manage the public bars, VIP Bar & Backstage Bar at Creation Day Festival. The concession is split into two Lots: Lot 1 - Provision and Management of Public Bars at Creation Day Festival Lot 2 - Provision & Management of VIP Area & Backstage Bar Suppliers can bid for one or two lots. Initially the contract will be for bar provision at one Creation Day Festival, but subject to satisfactory performance and the Council holding future events there is a possibility for the arrangement to be extended for up to 4 events.
