SW Consultants Framework Call-Off: Developed Design for Townscape Improvements for The Strand, Torquay and Station Square, Paignton

This Tender process is for the design of townscape improvements in each town: • The Strand, Torquay, the first phase of a wider townscape improvement scheme at Torquay Harbour; and • Paignton Station Square, the first phase of wider townscape improvements to Paignton town centre. The agreed concept plans for each of these two proposals are attached in Appendices 1 and 2.
