Work description
The University of Bristol (UoB) is looking to purchase two CMOS-based Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) detectors to install onto the scanning electron microscope (SEM ) and focused ion beam (FIB) microscopes within the Interface Analysis Centre (IAC) microscopy facility.
