SCS2 Recruitment Campaign

Description

Ofgem requires a recruitment agency to support with recruitment for an SCS2 position. The agency will be required to: Design and attraction campaign * Manage applications and candidate questions prior to advert closing. * Longlist pack- end of Sept/early Oct * Support open event. mid Sept * Shortlist interviews - to be conducted prior to meeting * Shortlist pack - Mid October * Staff Engagement exercises - Late October. This will include facilitation of meetings, organising the candidates to attend as well as och psychological testing (OP). * Interview process- late October/Early November * Offer process management-early November
