Description

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a contractor to support the internal team in delivering void properties back into the mainstream of letting. The properties are likely to come to the successful contractor in various conditions and will be brought up to the requirements of the attached Project Brief and Voids Schedule of Rates Long Descriptions document. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
