Architectural Services for Southwood, Farnborough

Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Architectural team to support its proposal to convert an existing building into a café, classroom, and outside public space for the Councils proposed visitors centre at The Southwood Country Park. It is anticipated that this phased commission will span the development and submission of proposals to gain planning consent and other statutory approvals, the development of detailed design ( from existing outline plans ) and submission of planning applications (in conjunction and in consultation with the Council).
