1-792 TRASS programme support

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the development of a strategy for future structural surveys. The aim of this technical consultancy task is to carry out relevant work to support the strategy for the routine assessment of the structural condition of the Highways England Strategic Road Network. In addition, the task will deliver specifications for the surveys required to deliver these surveys.
