Work description
Arcserve back-ups all BMBC's critical data and is a key part to the councils Service Continuity, and Disaster Recovery contingency plans and is their chosen back-up solution. The existing contract is about to expire. A contract renewal is required for a further 3years for support and maintenance paid annually.
