Employment Land Accelerator Fund Consultant

Description

This tender is seeking to procure consultancy support to work with the Combined Authority to ensure focused activity in developing an employment land pipeline and identifying and understanding the employment land opportunities across West Yorkshire. The appointed consultant will undertake key tasks to ensure development and delivery is undertaken in areas where there is a need for public sector support and intervention. The types of services envisaged includes (but is not limited to) Design, Planning, Master-Planning, SIs / Geotechnical studies and assessments, Feasibility Studies, Land Acquisition planning and support, Land Disposals, and CPO support.
