## Description

To provide Maintenance and Repair Services as required to Colchester Borough Councils Housing Stock\. The requirements of the contract will include: \(1\) Domestic Gas Servicing\. \(2\) Domestic Oil Servicing, \(3\) Responsive Repairs, \(4\) 24 hour call-out facility, \(5\) Boiler Replacements, \(6\) Heating Installations and Upgrades, \(7\) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, \(8\) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors & \(10\) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing\. Please note that TUPE will apply to the tender exercise\.
