GB-Taunton: TFM Services for UKHO Bridgwater premises

Total Facilities Management Services at the UKHO's Printing and Despatch premises at Bridgwater in Somerset. This is a 3 year Contract with an option to extend by up to a further two option years, of up to 12 months each, and is linked to the lease of the premises too.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
