Property Valuation Advisory Services

We are tendering for property valuation services via Strategic Asset Advisory Real Estate Framework - National Framework Partnership. This supply of service will focus on completing Lender valuations (desktop and/or full), reinstatement valuations, full portfolio valuations, investment property valuations and any other reasonable, ad-hoc requests. Indicative valuations will also be required from time to time to support of an uplift to MV-T project across our portfolio as well as a rolling charging programme.
