## Description

We are tendering for property valuation services via Strategic Asset Advisory Real Estate Framework - National Framework Partnership\. This supply of service will focus on completing Lender valuations \(desktop and/or full\), reinstatement valuations, full portfolio valuations, investment property valuations and any other reasonable, ad-hoc requests\. Indicative valuations will also be required from time to time to support of an uplift to MV-T project across our portfolio as well as a rolling charging programme\.
