Provision of temporary accommodation and associated services - Phase 2 (con_24157)

Description

Provision of temporary accommodation, fitout and associated services to mitigate schools disruption due to rebuilding, condition and refurbishment programmes. This programme of works contract with Portakabin Limited is one of three contracts awarded via further competition under the Crown Commercial Services RM6184 Offsite Construction Solutions framework, Lot 1.1 (14 active suppliers). The three successful suppliers will support delivery of temporary accommodation needs across the DfE's programme of works. The Department has an approved spend up to £200m across all its temporary accommodation requirements for the duration of this one year contract with option to extend by one year (1+1). Portakabin Limited has achieved an initial scheme allocation percentage of 44.59 based on overall tendered value for price and quality score - figure will fluctuate based on actual performance. Total Value of Contract at Award Date is £0 and will be updated quarterly based on actual allocations (call-offs) under the programme of works
