## Description

Phoenix 10 is a strategic employment site in Walsall, within the Black Country Enterprise Zone \(EZ\)\. It is an 18 ha site comprising the former IMI Copper Works \(owned by Homes England\) and a former domestic and industrial refuse tip \(owned by Walsall MBC\)\. The landowners have been working in partnership to bring the site forward, and have appointed a developer partner, who is responsible for the delivery of the site\. Homes England and Walsall MBC are appointing a project manager to oversee the delivery of the project, which is the subject of this ITT\. https://www\.gov\.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
